Social Media Coordinator “Executioner”

Position Overview:

Reporting to the CEO + COO, the Digital Marketing and Social Media Coordinator’s role is responsible for developing and executing overall strategy for social media and digital marketing efforts for Idea Hub clients. It is an opportunity for the right individual to have an impact on 

branding through progressive marketing strategies and storytelling across all digital media. 

This person will be responsible for targeting customers through the use of social media, as well as select online media opportunities, maintaining the website and online branding and establishing strategic digital partnerships for both the brand and specific events including, but not limited to, theater runs, concerts, comedy shows, cabaret and more.

Qualifications:

Organized and deadline driven

Passion for writing and storytelling

Social Media Platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn)

Social Media scheduling and reporting software (Sprout Social, Hootsuite)

Familiarity with web content management systems, and social media best practices 

Knowledge of social media copywriting 

2 + years of experience

Responsibilities: 

Manage day-to-day activities—including community management across all social platforms, posting & scheduling, & content approvals

Copywriting for social media platforms 

Scheduling social media posts to scheduling platforms 

Work with CEO & COO to develop and execute social analytics including weekly, monthly & quarterly reporting, ensuring KPIs are met & that strategic insights are shared across teams 

Attend weekly and ad-hoc meetings

Utilize analytics to to inform strategies and create an exciting and valuable content experience for our clients

Track and monitor the success of online initiatives and report them to key staff members.
